QUALITY COMMITMENT
A quality management system based on the HACCP standard including global hazard analysis.Three hazard categories are listed and controlled :
- Microbiological hazards : germ impairment and pathogenic bacteria
- Physical hazards
- Chemical hazards
At each step of the manufacturing process, quality control checks, following our structured plan, are carried out to verify product conformity.
Our internal laboratory validates these controls thanks to state-of the-art measurement equipment.
Suppliers, raw materials and all incoming materials are strictly selected in order to guarantee the quality of our packaging for food contact.
Further analysis is carried out by external laboratories and in collaboration with our customers in order to ensure that our sheets and corrugated packaging comply with regulations. This is particularly appropriate in the food industry.
Cleaning and hygiene inspections are performed daily.
